Mechanic perk: free execution via visit code
A mechanic invited by an AMOSO club or manager opens the visit with code VXXXXXXX and runs checklist, measurements and APRS/CRS with no subscription. The client (Pro Fleet) carries the tool — your partner mechanics pay nothing to execute.

What happens during the 4 weeks at signup?
Your workspace starts on Premium: visits, stock, full PDFs, depending on your profile (fleet or workshop). After 4 weeks you automatically move to Free unless you subscribe. We email you 7 days before it ends.
How do I update kardex on the Free plan (no visits)?
Open a kardex line and manually enter the last done date and engine hours — next due dates recalculate. The flight log updates total airframe hours (HTC). You can export kardex as CSV. Full PDF / CEN dossiers and automatic updates via visit APRS/CRS closure are Premium only.
Will Essential stay free?
Yes. An owner with one aircraft and one user can always use kardex, alerts and flight log within Essential limits, with no subscription.
When should I upgrade to Pro?
When you add a 2nd aircraft, several members (pilots, office, instructors), or when you need maintenance visits, parts stock and certifiable PDF dossiers without watermark.
Is €29/month reasonable for a club?
For the first aircraft, that's the single Premium rate. Each extra aircraft is +€19/month — clear and predictable. You replace spreadsheets, emails and paper folders with one shared tool.
Does my mechanic have to pay?
No, if they work on your visits via the VXXXXXXX code you provide. That's included in Premium. They only need a Premium workshop space if they manage their own clients outside your organisation.
I'm an independent mechanic — what do you recommend?
Start with Essential Workshop (free, 3 active visits). Upgrade to Premium (€29/month) for unlimited visits and full PDFs without watermark. If your clients already use AMOSO, execution via visit code stays free.
What do extra aircraft cost?
Beyond the first aircraft on Premium: €19/month per aircraft. Beyond 2 workshop users: €19/month per person. Prorated billing, no mandatory annual commitment.
